Azienda Agricola Ca' Borelli

Alfonsina founded the farm Ca' Borelli starting from zero and in almost ten years she has done an amazing work! The stone house is taken care in every detail and so its fields, which present a complete range of the products from the mountain: potatoes, berries, chestnuts and so on.

Thanks to these ingredients, Alfonsina realized many "transformed products" following exclusive and innovative recipes because she loves to experiment new tastes. So, the farm Ca' Borelli became a landmark in the territory: a not negligible factor caused by the general abandonment of the fields and the depopulation of the villages.
