Path through all the production phases of Balsamic from hilly vineyards to the final bottle, looking at the cooking room for the grape must, two aging rooms and the Balsamic Museum.
The tour is completed with a special tasting of 8 different kinds of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena including, in addition to the Great Classics, our limited editions and the most prestigious and aged products. A tasting dedicated to the most demanding and curious customers, entirely carried out in a private formula, with a guide totally dedicated to the customers.

Our “Gourmerenda” is accompanied with the most popular wine, convivial and rooted in our territory: Lambrusco Grasparossa. Each self-respecting Modenese has always a bottle of it in the cool, ready to be uncorked and shared with friends

Following our 4-course Gourmet lunch. Each course is a memory, an icon or a great revisited classic of the Emilia area, paired with Balsamic Vinegar on each dish. Each month the menu varies according to the seasonality of the products.
The tasting lunch includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert, according to seasonality. Each dish will be paired with our Balsamics. Wine pairing: Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP. Digestive: Lambrusco Grappa Grasparossa

“BRUNCH IN THE HILLS” AND TOUR OF THE ACETAIA WITH TASTING

And aren't you hungry in the morning? We are terribly and croissant with cappuccino are not enough for us.
A splendid brunch on the Modena hills awaits you starting from 8.00 am.
We will welcome you with cheeses, cured meats, homemade cakes, local yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice and of course Lambrusco! Weather permitting, breakfast will be served on the outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards.
At the end of the brunch we are waiting for you in the Acetaia for the Balsamic tour.
