Local cuisine in a family atmosphere
In a classic and familiar setting, this structure has a hall, a small tavern with fireplace and an open veranda from April to November.
The tradition and the local products are the strength of La Lanterna's cuisine: homemade pasta, crescentine, gnocco fritto, borlenghi, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Parmigiano Reggiano. Truffles, mushrooms and chestnuts are picked in the woods.
Seasonal fruits and vegetable come from the farm: preserves, jams, marmalades and honey are own productions.
The menu offers sono extra-regional products as rices from Piemonte, Madernasse pears, Tarocco oranges and ricotta from Val di Fassa.
