The Guiglia’s Borlengo School is an initiative organized by Pro Loco Guiglia APS, created to introduce everyone to Borlengo and to teach the ancient art behind this traditional specialty.
During the experience, participants will be guided by true Master Borlengo Makers, who will share techniques, secrets, and the unique characteristics of this iconic local product. Guests will soon discover that preparing Borlengo is not as simple as it may seem: this is why it is considered a true culinary art.
