Guiglia e il suo piatto tipico
Since 1967, the Festival of borlengo, a traditional and extraordinary local thin flatbread, whose distribution involves a very small area, has been celebrated in Guiglia.
With the aim of enhancing, protecting and keeping the interest for this “poor and ancient” dish alive, the old town centre of Giuglia will hold shows, music, attractions and good food for three weekends in May.
