"Betty B" is a new festival initiated in 2017 dedicated to comics and children's literature. The event offers various themes from the comic world, illustrations and children's literature. It is organized by the municipalities of Savignano and Vignola with the collaboration of numerous associations.

In this second edition it is divided into two parts: Betty B Ragazzi, in Savignano on 26th and 27th May, dedicated to children from nursery to middle school; and the Betty B Festival on 9th and 10th June in Vignola.

The festival offers a vast comic sale, films and meetings, shows, exhibitions and, of course, special guests: cartoonists, illustrators, writers and publishers. The focus of the festival is to display the work of the comic and narrative courses organized during the school year with the students, who are asked to create a short comic strip story for the event. In addition, "Betty B" promises a space for young local artists who will be able to showcase their work and compete for a prize, in collaboration with publishers and academic institutions.
